WHAT I WILL DO: Listen without judgment and without intent to fix, your worries and challenges; Help you identify what you’re really afraid of so we can take the charge out (which calms your nervous system); and Share my lived experience of how kids actually interact with digital technology and social media and how they REALLY are within a framework of Self Directed Learning and connected parenting. Taking the fear out of the interactions you may be having with your kids and teenagers and replacing that with real information and the confience to listen more and talk less; it really is a game changer and often what's missing in the very real challenges families face as we navigate this new age that, let's be real, is quite different to how we grew up.
